The apartment offers one bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with additional beds, and a fully equipped kitchen - all the essentials for preparing simple meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and the terrace with garden furniture invites you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fresh air.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, WLAN, bed linen and towels - all included in the price. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.
