This comfortable apartment for four guests is located on the second floor of a house in Novigrad and is an excellent choice for families or friends looking for a pleasant stay close to the sea and local amenities.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a kitchen equipped with all the basic amenities needed to prepare meals. Guests also have access to a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as a balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.

Novigrad combines Mediterranean charm, a well-maintained coastline, a historic old town and a rich gastronomic offer. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, exploring wine routes, tasting local olive oils and visiting picturesque Istrian towns and villages.
