This apartment for up to 4 persons is situated on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator and coffee maker. In addition there are two bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and one only with toilet, a nice balcony with furniture. SAT-TV, air condition, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price, pets are not allowed. There is also one roof terrace whit beautiful view on the whole Novigrad and the sea, and is available on common use. 

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
