Welcome to a comfortable studio apartment for 2 to 3 people, located on the second floor of a family house in beautiful Novigrad, Istria. This bright and spacious studio offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation and is only 250m from the beach.

Peace and comfort will be provided by a bedroom with a double bed, and for an additional person there is an extra bed. The kitchen is equipped with basic things that enable the preparation of simple meals. After a day spent on the beach, relax in the bathroom with a bathtub or enjoy the balcony with a view of the sea, ideal for evening relaxation with a glass of wine.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, SAT-TV and free WLAN, and bed linen and towels are included in the price, which ensures a carefree stay.

Novigrad is a true jewel of Istria, known for its picturesque streets, rich history and Mediterranean charm. Take a walk through the old town, enjoy local gastronomy and discover hidden coves and crystal clear sea.
