This cozy studio apartment for 2 persons is located on the first floor of an apartment house in Peroj, near Grožnjan.

The space offers a double bed, a kitchen equipped with basic amenities for meal preparation, and a bathroom. Guests also have access to a barbecue, which is shared with the other two apartments in the house.

SAT-TV, internet, air conditioning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Peroj is surrounded by greenery, vineyards, and gentle hills that invite you to slow down and enjoy nature. Nearby is Grožnjan – a small hilltop town known for its stone streets, numerous galleries, and unique atmosphere.

A walk through Grožnjan takes you past art studios, souvenir shops, and hidden corners with breathtaking views stretching all the way to the sea. During the summer, the town comes alive with music workshops and concerts, while the surrounding area offers numerous wine roads, traditional taverns, and cycling trails, perfect for exploring inland Istria.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
