Welcome to our cozy studio apartment located on the ground floor of a family house.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen equipped with the basics for preparing simple meals. There is also a practical bathroom with a shower and toilet, and you can relax on the terrace with a table and chairs - perfect for outdoor living.

The apartment has SAT-TV, air conditioning, internet, bed linen and towels, all included in the price. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Novigrad is known for its rich history, narrow stone streets and beautiful beaches. Enjoy local cuisine in one of the many restaurants and taverns, visit historical sights or simply enjoy the beach which is only 50 meters away from the apartment.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
