Welcome to our cozy apartment in a quiet residential area of ​​Mareda, Istria, ideal for up to 4 people.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a cozy living room with a kitchen and dining area, and a beautiful terrace. Two additional guests can sleep in the living room, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing simple meals. The practical bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, and is perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, internet, and bed linen and towels are available included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Mareda is known for its beautiful beaches, natural surroundings, and nearby cycling and hiking trails.
Just a few minutes' drive away is Novigrad, a charming town rich in history, picturesque streets, and a stunning coastline.

Note: There is no parking space directly next to the apartment. A parking space can be found in a public parking lot within a radius of 500 m, at a price of 5.00 eur/day.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
