This cozy apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor of a family house in Novigrad and is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday for two.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a seating area with a TV, a kitchen equipped with basic items for preparing meals, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bedroom opens onto a terrace with garden furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fresh air.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, internet, air conditioning, bed linen and towels - included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad is a charming Istrian town known for its relaxed atmosphere, cobblestone streets of the old town and beautiful promenades by the sea. Numerous restaurants, taverns and cafes offer the opportunity to enjoy local specialties and Istrian wines, while nature lovers and active vacationers can explore cycling and hiking trails along the coast and inland of Istria.

Note: There is no parking space directly next to the house, but one parking space is reserved in a public parking lot approximately 600 m from the apartment and is free of charge.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
