The villa offers three elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and there is a spacious balcony for morning coffee with a view of nature. On the fenced terrace there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table - perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Parking is provided within the courtyard, and pets are welcome for a surcharge.

Fiorini is a small, quiet place surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, just a few minutes' drive from the coast and historic Novigrad, known for its charming old town, excellent cuisine and clear sea. Other Istrian treasures are also nearby - Brtonigla, Umag, Grožnjan - perfect for excursions, tastings and exploration.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
