Welcome to our spacious apartment in beautiful Novigrad! Located on the ground floor of a family house, this comfortable apartment offers a relaxing stay for up to 4 people.

It consists of two comfortable bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with a dining area that is equipped with the basics. The apartment has two practical bathrooms with a shower and toilet, providing additional comfort and privacy. There are also two terraces with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.

The price includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad, with its historic streets, picturesque harbors and beautiful beaches, offers numerous opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. Take a walk through the old town, visit local restaurants and taste Istrian specialties and top-quality wines.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
