The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the ground floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and two bedrooms with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing simple meals. There is also a practical bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a terrace in the garden, which provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. A barbecue and a swimming pool are available for shared use with other guests, providing you with additional opportunities for fun and socializing.

The price includes SAT-TV, air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.
