The apartment offers two bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with basic items for preparing meals, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and two covered terraces with a table and chairs - perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. There is also a shared garden with a barbecue.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.

Novigrad is a picturesque Istrian town that offers the perfect blend of tradition and modern tourism - seaside promenades, excellent restaurants, well-maintained beaches and an authentic atmosphere make it an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday.
