Villa Bonazza A4+2

This lovely apartment is situated on two floors (second and third floor) and can suit up to 6 persons. On the second floor there is one bedroom with double bed, a spacious living room with one sofa bed for 1-2 persons, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. On the third floor (in the attic) there is the second bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet and another living room leading to the large roof terrace with a beautiful sea view. SAT-TV, air condition, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price, pets are welcome on charge.

Please note: The apartment is located in the old town center, next to the house there is no parking space, but there is a free parking space available in the public parking lot within 1000 m of the apartment. During the summer season the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to come to the house by car just to unpack/pack your luggage.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
