Enjoy a pleasant stay in this spacious apartment for four people, located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds and a kitchen connected to the living room, equipped with basic amenities for preparing meals. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a balcony where you can relax outdoors.
The property also features a children’s playground, shared with guests staying in one other apartment in the same house – a practical addition for families with children.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.

Novigrad is a charming Istrian town, ideal for a family holiday by the sea. Its well-maintained beaches, seaside promenades, picturesque old town and numerous restaurants and cafés offer everything you need for a relaxing summer holiday. The surrounding area is also perfect for exploring Istria, enjoying excursions and cycling, and discovering small Istrian towns, wine roads and local gastronomy.
