Welcome to our apartment located in the heart of Novigrad, one of the most beautiful towns on the Istrian coast. Our comfortable apartment of 43 m2 is perfect for a comfortable stay of four people. The kitchen is equipped with the basics and has a coffee machine, so you can prepare your favorite meals or relax with a cup of coffee.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first room has a comfortable double bed, ideal for a peaceful night's rest. The second room is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The bathroom is nicely decorated and has a washing machine for your convenience.

In addition, the apartment has air conditioning and television to make you feel at home. For guests arriving by car, parking is available in the public area for a surcharge.

Novigrad is a charming town that offers many interesting things for tourists. Beaches are also easily accessible, so you can relax and enjoy the magical Adriatic Sea.

Please note: The apartment is situated in the old town. Directly to the property there is no parking. The nearest parking lot is about 500m away and costs EUR 7.00/day. During the summer season the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to come to the house by car just to unpack/pack your luggage.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
