It consists of two bedrooms, a functional kitchen equipped with basic items for preparing meals, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, and there is also an additional terrace with a barbecue that is shared with the guests of another apartment.

The price includes SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN and bed linen. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.
