Welcome to our cozy apartment located on the main square of Novigrad, right in the heart of this charming Istrian town!
The apartment is situated on the first floor and is ideal for up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with a single bed – and there is a comfortable sofa in the living room that can be extended to provide an extra bed for one person.


The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities, and the bathroom has a shower cabin and toilet. Air conditioning, bed linen, and towels are provided, ensuring a pleasant and carefree stay.


A special feature of this apartment is the beautiful view of the church and the lively town square, offering an authentic atmosphere of the old town center.
In the immediate vicinity, you can explore the narrow stone streets, enjoy local restaurants and cafes, and reach the beach within just a few minutes’ walk.

Please note: The apartment is situated in the old town. Directly to the property there is no parking. There are public parking places in the circle of 1000m on charge available. During the summer season the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to come to the house by car just to unpack/pack your luggage.


Pets are not allowed.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
