Welcome to our beautiful studio apartment located in the very center of Novigrad, one of the most beautiful pearls of Istria. This comfortable apartment covers 33 m2 and is the perfect choice for 2 people.

Inside the apartment, you have at your disposal a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, allowing you to prepare meals to your own taste. Air conditioning is available so you can cool off on hot summer days, and satellite television and internet allow you to connect with the rest of the world.

If you come by car, public parking is available near the apartment for a surcharge. This allows you to safely park your vehicle while you explore the area.

Novigrad is a charming city with a rich history and Mediterranean charm. You can walk through the picturesque old town with narrow streets, explore the medieval walls and visit interesting museums.

Please note: The apartment is situated in the old town. Directly to the property there is no parking. The nearest parking lot is about 500m away and costs EUR 7.00/day. During the summer season the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to come to the house by car just to unpack/pack your luggage.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
