Located on the ground floor of a house in a quiet part of Novigrad, this charming studio apartment is ideal for two.

It comfortably connects the sleeping area with the kitchen and dining room, which contains the basic things for preparing meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and there is also a private terrace with garden furniture. Guests also have access to a shared garden and an outdoor pool that is available for use by all guests of the house.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. Pets are not allowed.

Although not in the immediate vicinity of the sea, the apartment is only a few minutes' drive from the beach and the charming old town of Novigrad, which offers a rich gastronomic offer, coastal promenades, wineries and an unforgettable Istrian atmosphere.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
