Welcome to our charming studio apartment for 2 to 3 people, located in the heart of the old town of Novigrad, Istria. It is located on the first floor of a family house, providing you with an authentic experience of staying in this historic seaside town.

The studio apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and an additional extra bed, ideal for a couple or a small family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas/electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom is practical and functional, with a shower cabin and a toilet.

Wake up to the sounds of the old town and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with table and chairs, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the charming streets. The studio is equipped with SAT-TV, air conditioning and WLAN Internet, and bed linen and towels are included in the price, providing you with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Novigrad is known for its rich history, picturesque stone streets and beautiful coast. Explore the local sights, enjoy the gastronomic offer of numerous restaurants and taverns, and relax on the beautiful beaches. Please note: The apartment is situated in the old town. Directly to the property there is no parking. The nearest parking lot is about 500m away and costs EUR 7.00/day. During the summer season the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to come to the house by car just to unpack/pack your luggage.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
