Welcome to our comfortable apartment for 2 people, located on the first floor of a family house in picturesque Novigrad.

The apartment consists of one bedroom, a functional kitchen equipped with all the essentials, and a practical bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a spacious balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

The apartment is equipped with SAT-TV, air conditioning and internet, and bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Novigrad, located on the western coast of Istria, is known for its rich cultural heritage, beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Stroll through the charming narrow streets of the old town, visit historical sights and enjoy the numerous restaurants offering top-notch Istrian specialties.

• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
