This apartment for up to 4 persons is located on the first floor of a house in the very center of the city and consists of one bedroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dining room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is also one bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available for use. A balcony is also available. SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN and bed linen are included in the price.

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 10,00 eur/day per pet.

Please note: Directly to the property there is no parking. One parking place is situated ca. 600m from the apartment and it is free of charge.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
