Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Moderne Ausstattung. Auch das Sofabett war bequem mit richtiger Matratze.
Ausstattung der Wohnung ist also unbedingt empfehlenswert. Aber:
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, man bekommt sehr viel von den Mietern, die im 1. Stock wohnen mit.
Auch jegliche Toilettengeräusche, da Das Badezimmer direkt über dem Schlafzimmer der Wohnung ist. Das ist natürlich immer eine Glückssache, es kann natürlich auch sein dass niemand über einem wohnt. Bei uns waren es Monteure, die nicht wirklich leise waren und sich an die Ruhezeiten gehalten haben.
Gitter an den Fenstern gegen Mücken wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag.
