Welcome to our comfortable apartment located on the second floor of a residential building, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

The apartment consists of a practically furnished living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room opens onto a balcony - an ideal place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The kitchen is equipped with basic items for preparing simple meals, and Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Novigrad, and in the old part of the town you will be delighted by charming colorful stone streets, restaurants with local specialties and a recognizable promenade by the sea. Novigrad combines the charm of a fishing village and the spirit of modern tourism - ideal for cycling, enjoying Istrian gastronomy and relaxing on the clear Adriatic.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
