This cozy apartment for two people is located in a small, separate house in the courtyard of a larger house, in the very heart of the old town of Novigrad, Istria. It is located in the first row to the sea, from which it is separated only by the historic city walls, providing a special experience and charm of the old town.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. In front of the house there is a small terrace with a table and chairs for two people - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Guests also have a barbecue at their disposal.

SAT-TV, WLAN, bed linen and towels are available - all included in the price. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

The accommodation is in an excellent location - in a quiet courtyard, and in the immediate vicinity of the sea, restaurants, cafes and all important amenities, which makes it an ideal choice for couples who want to enjoy the peace and atmosphere of the old town at the same time.

Note: Since the apartment is located in the old town, there is no parking space directly next to the house. A parking space can be found in public parking lots within a radius of 500 m, at a price of 7.00 eur/day. During the summer season, the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to get to the house by car only for 15 minutes to load/unload luggage.

• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
