The apartment, located on the ground floor of the apartment house, will provide everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing vacation for 4 people.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and access to the terrace — the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, and two additional people can comfortably sleep on an extra bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a toilet and a washbasin, and a terrace with a table and chairs. You can barbecue in the garden and enjoy the common area with guests from the other two apartments, ideal for socializing together.

The price includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad is a charming town that combines the relaxed Istrian rhythm with the sea, sun and excellent food. You are close to beaches, restaurants, promenades and everything you could need for a perfect vacation.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
