Welcome to our charming apartment for up to 3 people, in the heart of the old town of Novigrad.

The apartment consists of one bedroom and a living room with a kitchen and a dining area. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in the picturesque old part of Novigrad, which exudes history and authentic Istrian charm. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can explore the narrow stone streets, enjoy numerous cafes and restaurants offering local specialties, and the sea is just a few minutes' walk away.

Please note: The apartment is situated in the old town. Directly to the property there is no parking. There are public parking places in the circle of 500 m on charge available. During the summer season the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to come to the house by car just to unpack/pack your luggage.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
