This apartment for up to 3 people is located on the top floor of a building. It consist of one bedrooms and a living room with one sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven and refrigerator. From the living room there is an exit to the balcony with sitting furniture and a grill. In front of the building there is a pool for common use. TV, air condition, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
