This apartment for up to 4 persons is situated on the first floor and consists of one bedroom, a living room with one sofa bed and a kitchen with dinning room. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. In addition there is abathroom with shower and toilet and a lovely balcony with furniture. SAT-TV, internet, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Please note: Directly to the property there is no parking. One parking place is situated ca. 300m from the apartment and it is free of charge.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
