This apartment for 2 to 4 people, consists of one bedroom, living room and kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas / electric stove, oven, refrigerator and coffee maker. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. SAT-TV, air condition, WiFi. The apartment is located on the first floor and has no balcony or terrace with direct access, but on the ground floor, in the garden, has a terrace for independent use. Pets are not allowed.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
