The modern and luxury equipped villa Aromatica is situated in the small village of Vižinada in the green inland of Istria. It is situated about 15000 m from the nearest beach, about 500 m from the nearest restaurant and the nearest shop is about 400 m away.
The villa Aromatica is situated on two floors and has a surface of 200m2. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom and a living room. On the first floor there is a spacious living room connected with kitchen as well as a dining room. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has a gas/electric stove, oven, refrigerator and dish washer. There are two more bedrooms, one equipped with double bed and one with two single beds, 2 bathrooms fully furnished and equipped. The villa has a balcony, a spacious terrace with barbecue and a private swimming pool. Private parking, SAT-TV, air condition, washing machine, dish washer, internet and pool are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
