On Saturday, October 5, 2019, the Park Food Fest will be held at the Parks in the Old Town of Novigrad.
All the guests will be able to enjoy a new eno-gastronomic offer in the fresh air, close to the sea. This event is a combination of street food and show-cooking of famous restaurants, and the theme of the festival will be Istrian cuisine. Accordingly, visitors can expect a variety of home-made fish, seafood and meat-based dishes.
Guest chefs will show how Istrian cuisine can be modern, creative and full of surprises. Imaginative dishes will be combined with premium white and red Istrian wines and excellent craft beer from Istrian producers.
