This apartment for up to 3 persons is situated on the second floor and consists of one bedroom with double bed, one additional bed and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. In addition there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a nice balcony with furniture and with sea view. Air condition, SAT-TV, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price, pets are not allowed.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
